Since October 2020, I have been heading the Frankfurt office at GET AHEAD Executive Search. An excellent location to fill executive positions in the areas of financial services, pharmaceuticals and industry for you.
I am also responsible for the strategic development of our Financial Services & Pharma Practice Group, for which we are in close cooperation with the Friisberg & Partners International network. This lends me an excellent overview of the global trends and developments within these industries. An additional focus is diversity management. In light of the transformation many companies are facing today, I believe it is essential not only to increase the proportion of female leaders, but also to develop a level of diversity that enables innovation and change from the outset.
My legal studies in Frankfurt and the UK initially took me into investment banking and a law firm. There I enjoyed helping to design the recruitment process. Providing comprehensive support to clients is one of my passions. It's great to be able to combine these two aspects in HR consulting.
In my work, curiosity is what drives me most. Every day, every project takes unique shape. I decide which topics to focus on, share my knowledge with clients and candidates and always get to know intriguing personalities.
