As Managing Partner of GET AHEAD, my attention lies, firstly, on the development of our company. At the operational level, I am the point of contact for our clients when it comes to filling demanding C-level positions in industry and private equity. The international horizon is also very important to me. As a Member of the Executive Committee of Friisberg & Partners International I coordinate the cooperation of 200 search experts of our group in 40 locations in 27 countries.
After my apprenticeship as an aircraft engineer at Airbus and subsequent studies in business administration, I worked as a recruitment consultant, primarily filling positions for international mechanical engineering groups and American software providers. 2004 marked the change to GET AHEAD. Today, I benefit from a wealth of experience gained from over 20 years of executive search.
I am driven by my personal ambition to provide our clients the best staffing possible without making any compromises. And it is certainly no coincidence that I am passionate about working for and with people who share this performance culture. Such are the consultants at GET AHEAD.
