I am convinced that our industry focus is what serves as the indispensable basis for our broad network, our deep market penetration and our quick pace in successfully filling positions in a sustainable way. Therefore, the expansion of the GET AHEAD Practice Group Consumer & Luxury is particularly close to my heart. I am also very passionate about the further development of our core methodology - the evidence-based personnel diagnostics (EPD). This enables us to comprehensively assess leadership personality, which yields efficient selection processes and a high degree of accuracy.
Alongside my studies in business administration, I learned recruitment consulting from square one. Before joining GET AHEAD, I worked in an international executive search consultancy. I then went on to obtain an MBA in business psychology. Especially inspiring for me were and are still our two Senior Advisors, Dr. Jörg Knaack and Dr. Bernd-Georg Spies.
Executive search is a fascinating field for me, as the industry focus enables me to delve deeply into the content and I’m always getting to know inspiring personalities. Our job is to predict the professional performance of executives in a VUCA world, which makes our work very exciting and multifaceted.
