As an Associate Partner at GET AHEAD, my main focus is on management consulting, coaching, and executive search. With almost 20 years of experience in international consulting for executive boards, C-levels, and leadership teams, I bring a broad range of insights and expertise from areas such as management assessment, C-suite succession planning and leadership development, leading consulting projects on cultural or organizational issues, as well as leadership development and assessment during corporate mergers. Concerning digital transformation processes, I also help organizations drive comprehensive change initiatives by defining strategy implementation processes and conducting cultural analyses. I have worked for national and global organizations of all sizes, including publicly traded corporations, family-owned businesses, and public sector organizations.
Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of successfully supporting executives in achieving maximum effectiveness due to my adaptive coaching approach. Coaching is one of the fastest ways to help a leader grow, manage critical leadership transitions, stimulate behavior change, and obtain better results. I believe that coaching is a developmental process that occurs in partnership and in close proximity to the leader. As a sparring partner, I offer my experience from more than 200 consulting projects, my expertise, in addition to my joy, empathy, and enthusiasm for the support I can provide.
Prior to joining GET AHEAD, I was a Partner at the global consulting firm Russell Reynolds, where I worked in leadership consulting and was responsible for expanding the firm's service portfolio in the region. Previous to that, I was both a Partner at a leading international executive search company for seven years and Head of Leadership & Talent Consulting for Germany and Austria. I also co-founded my own boutique management firm and worked for leading multinational enterprises. From an early age, I was passionate about people and leadership topics, so I studied HR Management and Organizational and Business Psychology. As a certified Management Consultant, Trainer/Coach, I am versed in using HR tools such as engagement surveys, 360° feedback tools (Hogan 360°), and leadership diagnostic tools like Hogan (certification).
