“The diversity of our life together is fascinating. When success means more than maximizing profits, it becomes interesting for me.”
Achieving more together and leading a good cause to success - that is my goal.
After more than 10 years in senior management positions in the cultural sector and foundations, I now bring my experience to my work as an executive search consultant.
I am convinced that many organizations in the cultural and nonprofit sectors would achieve significantly more with the support of aptitude diagnostics in the selection of executives. After all, where goals are complex and often indirect, people make all the difference. The demands on managers are high. They must motivate and retain employees, raise funds, and use donations and taxpayer dollars effectively and efficiently. They must also be politically sensitive and aware of the current discourse. In addition to professional qualifications, leadership skills, personality traits, and potential are therefore crucial for sustainable success.
After studying trombone and political science, I experienced first-hand the importance of effective leadership in building and networking various cultural projects. I know from my own experience the challenges of scarce skills and tight budgets, as well as the increased demands on internal and external communication. I am still involved in the development of the Detect Classic Festival and the Junge Norddeutsche Philharmonie Foundation. As an executive search consultant, I combine my many years of professional experience in the cultural and non-profit sectors with my expertise in the field of personnel diagnostics. Selecting leaders with the foresight to ensure sustainable success even in challenging times is a personal passion of mine, and I believe that passion shows in my work.
